We’d like to congratulate our Staff Accountant, Mrs. Kristal Singletary, on completing the Certified Local Government Finance Officer Program Level II. She was recently recognized by the University of Georgia Carl Vinson Institute of Government for successfully completing all requirements of this program,
Many hours went into achieving this certification, with the Carl Vinson Institute Director Laura Meadows saying, “Earning certification shows that these finance officials are committed to continually improving their skills and make them better equipped to help their local government operate more effectively.”
We are certainly proud of Kristal, and thank her for all she does for the City of Grovetown! Congratulations!
