On March 29, 2025, Congressman Allen tweeted a tribute to honor and remember the individuals who served during the Vietnam War. He stated, "Today, we pause to honor and remember the brave souls who served during the Vietnam War. We remain deeply grateful for their service and the sacrifices made for our freedom."
With the commencement of the 119th Congress, on March 31, 2025, Allen announced via social media that he would chair the Health, Employment, Labor, and Pensions Subcommittee hearing of the Education and Workforce Committee. "On Wednesday, I will chair @EdWorkforceCmte's first Health, Employment, Labor, and Pensions Subcommittee hearing of the 119th Congress," he stated, inviting the public to "tune in as we discuss expanding access and affordability in employer-sponsored health care."
Further addressing technological advancements, on the same day, Allen tweeted about the establishment of a 6G Task Force through the FUTURE Networks Act. He wrote: "By establishing a 6G Task Force, we can bring together America’s brightest industry leaders, stakeholders, and innovators to collaborate on the future deployment of 6G and strengthening our wireless networks."
