This week, Congressman Rick W. Allen from Georgia's 12th district announced his participation in the Delivering Outstanding Government Efficiency (DOGE) Caucus. The caucus aims to collaborate with the Department of Government Efficiency, under the leadership of Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy, to implement legislation aimed at minimizing waste, fraud, and abuse within federal operations.

In his statement regarding this new initiative, Congressman Allen expressed his long-standing commitment to limiting government size and scope. He remarked: "Since being elected to Congress, I have been committed to reining in the size and scope of the federal government. The last four years under the Biden-Harris Administration have proven that top-down regulations, wasteful spending, and unelected bureaucrats wielding unchecked power do more harm than good to the American people. I look forward to partnering with my colleagues on the DOGE Caucus to carry out our mission of bringing meaningful change to Washington."

Recently, Congressman Allen attended a meeting organized by Speaker Mike Johnson with key figures such as Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy along with members of the House Republican Conference. The discussions focused on innovative strategies for reducing governmental size and enhancing efficiency.
