The City of Augusta has been ranked 7th among the top ten cities in the United States for its use of technology to enhance public services, improve cybersecurity, and focus on digital equity. This ranking underscores Augusta's dedication to providing transparent, secure, and innovative digital solutions that meet the needs of its community.

"This ranking is a testament to our commitment to advancing technology in ways that protect and empower our community. The recognition was part of the Digital Cities Awards event held during the National League of Cities "City Summit" on November 13 in Tampa Bay, Florida.
