Augusta Transit has resumed its fixed route, Paratransit/ADA, and Richmond Transit services as of Monday, October 7, 2024. The services are currently operating at limited capacity. On Wednesday, October 9, 2024, all routes will follow their regular schedules except for Route 1 Blue Line/Walton Way, which remains nonoperational. Necessary diversions and detours will be implemented; otherwise, buses will adhere to their regular routes.
Paratransit/ADA services are available on a limited basis. Passengers are advised to call (706) 849-3459 to reserve rides and check eligibility. Similarly, Richmond Transit will operate with limited service availability. Reservations and eligibility inquiries can be made by calling (706) 821-1497.
For information about bus routes, schedules, or directions to specific destinations, individuals can contact Augusta Transit at (706) 821-1719 between the hours of 7 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
