Augusta, Georgia is inviting residents to participate in the 2024 Augusta on Display Annual Budget Survey. The survey aims to gather public input on budget priorities for Richmond County, which will influence financial decisions for the upcoming year. The deadline for participation is June 13, 2024.
In addition to the survey, Augusta on Display 2024 will take place on June 1, 2024. This free event will be held from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at May Park Community Center, located at 622 4th Street. The event offers an opportunity for residents to meet elected officials and engage in one-on-one conversations with representatives from various city departments about budget allocations.
The three-hour trade show-style event will also feature activities such as bouncing houses for children, health screenings, family-friendly entertainment, and tours of government vehicles.
