Columbia County, in cooperation with Beams Contracting wishes to inform the driving public of an intermittent, temporary lane closures on Flowing Wells Road. The lane closures will be between Day Road and Columbia Road. The lane closure will be from 9:00AM to 3:00PM starting Monday, March 13, 2023 to Saturday, April 15, 2023. Weather permitting.
The temporary lane closure is associated with the roadway-widening project for Flowing Wells Road.
Whenever you approach a work zone: slow down; allow extra distance between vehicles; watch for advanced warning signs; obey road crew flaggers; and expect the unexpected. If possible, please plan to take an alternate route and/or allow additional time for commuting during this timeframe.
