Hello, Class of 2026!
My name is Ms. Bellmer, and I am one of Lakeside's Link Crew Coordinators. Link Crew is a high school transition program. I lead over 100 juniors and seniors who will mentor Lakeside's freshman class throughout this school year.
I wanted to make sure everyone was aware that our Freshman Orientation will be held on Saturday, July 30th from 8:30 AM-12:30 PM. Traffic usually gets a little backed up, so please make sure to plan accordingly.
On this day, freshman students will have a thorough introduction to LHS, and they will receive two Link Crew leaders who will lead them through some small group activities to equip them with some necessary tools for high school success. These two Link Crew leaders will remain mentors for their group throughout the rest of the year. It will be a fun, fast-paced day, and we look forward to seeing the Class of 2026 there!
