Eisenhower beneficiaries requesting outpatient laboratory services will experience longer-than-normal wait times.
The outpatient phlebotomy area is located on the first floor of EAMC, RM 1G-04. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.
Our team is committed to patient safety and fulfilling your health care needs. Our capacity to provide high quality, timely and safe laboratory services fluctuates on a daily basis. Because of this, we may advise patrons to revisit our outpatient phlebotomy site another day if demands surpass our ability to deliver safe, high-quality services.
We acknowledge your frustrations and are currently striving to master our newly adopted workflow as soon as possible.
We encourage any beneficiary who may require a Glucose Tolerance Test to schedule an appointment with our Pathology Support Team by calling 706-787-8364, 706-787-8493 or 706-787-8363. Glucose Tolerance Tests are conducted Monday through Friday, between 7-10 a.m.
