Of the 377 people living in Midville in 2020, 43 percent (162) were women and 57 percent (215) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the East Central Georgia News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 64. In the 65 and over age range, there were 30 females and 26 males.
