Of the 2,799 people living in Millen in 2020, 56.8 percent (1,591) were women and 43.2 percent (1,208) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the East Central Georgia News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 47. In the 65 and over age range, there were 354 females and 164 males.
