Congratulations to Woody Belangia and the ATC Development team on their groundbreaking for The Standard. This project will provide approximately 140 units of upscale living in the downtown corridor. There is tremendous demand for an urban lifestyle, especially for young professionals and students. High concentrations of jobs in healthcare and technology careers continue to be a driving factor for downtown living opportunities offering a live, work, play and learn environment
