Winter School Screenings will be held January 29 from 7:30am-2pm at Eisenhower Army Medical Center in the temporary Family Medicine Clinic.
The winter school screening will be held January 29 from 7:30am-2pm at Eisenhower Army Medical Center in the temporary Family Medicine Clinic.
Call 706-787-7300 to schedule an appointment if your child needs a 4-point screening, sports physical, and/or immunizations.
*Children must be eligible for care at Eisenhower Army Medical Center and enrolled in DEERS at least one week prior to the screening.
