County of Burke issued the following announcement on Dec. 10.
The Burke County Tax Commissioners office will be undergoing a statewide upgrade on Thursday, December 30th through Monday, January 3rd. During that time, ALL motor vehicle processing systems will be unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience and look forward to being able to better serve you after the upgrade is complete.
