COLUMBIA COUNTY: Columbia County Geographic Information Systems (GIS) receives awards at the Georgia GMIS fall conference

Columbia County issued the following announcement on Nov. 6.

Columbia County Geographic Information Systems (GIS) receives awards at the Georgia GMIS fall conference. 

Julianne Hartman, Database Administrator, received the Government to Citizens (G2C) Award on behalf of the team for the Columbia County Elections Dashboard for the Spring 2021 election.

Larry Hobbs, GIS Manager, received two awards during the conference. The first being the Leadership Award for his service as a board member of the Georgia GMIS Chapter, and the second being the Cloud Award for his extended leadership and service from 2019-2021. 

Congratulations to our entire GIS team! You always go above and beyond what is expected and deliver effective and efficient applications for our citizens to use.
