Thomson-McDuffie Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Sept. 20.
The Thomson - McDuffie Museum will be opened by JoAnn Smith Saturday morning the 23rd of October at 10:00 for the Camellia Festival. The museum at 121 Main Street will remain open until visitor traffic stops in the evening. Copies of many local books, including the Celebration of the 150th founding of McDuffie County, will be available for sale. Come see us; there is no entry fee.
