Augusta Metro Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Sept. 17.
James Heffner, Vice President of Commercial Banking at First Community Bank has been involved in Leadership Augusta for more than 5 years. He is a member of the 2015 graduating class and began serving on the board in 2016 as the Fund Development Chair. Since then, he has held numerous board positions along with serving as Class Chair for the 2019 Leadership Augusta Adult Class. James is the current Chair of the Leadership Augusta Board of Directors and actively serves on the Augusta Metro Chamber Board in addition to several other local organizations including Augusta Technical College, Walton Options and Visit Augusta. James, thank you for your service to our Chamber, Leadership Augusta and our community!
