County of Burke issued the following announcement on Aug. 27.
The Burke County Landfill will be closed on Saturday, September 4, 2021 and Monday, September 6, 2021 for Labor Day. Sorry for any inconvenience and we hope everyone has a very happy Labor Day weekend!
