City of Augusta issued the following announcement on July 30.
Richmond County State Court has implemented Fresh Start 2.0 to allow individuals with a bench warrant from the Richmond County State Court to have the opportunity to resolve their case and/or remove the bench warrant without being arrested on the State Court case that led to the bench warrant.
