The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Richard W. Allen, Rick W. Allen for Congress, refunded $350 to Lynda P. Blanchard on October 29, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Rick W. Allen for Congress refunded $450 total since May 1.
