Census Bureau: More men than women in Appling in 2019

Of the 921 people living in Appling in 2019, 31.4 percent (289) were women and 68.6 percent (632) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the East Central Georgia News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 298-to-208. In the 65 and over age range, there were 14 females and 147 males.
