Columbia County issued the following announcement on Mar. 22. 

Celebrate Earth Month with us! Come learn how each citizen can help improve stormwater quality and repurpose a 55-gallon plastic barrel into a rain barrel. Registration for the workshop will only be offered to citizens of Columbia County, GA.

Cost: $45 (Cash or Check only) includes Barrel and Rain Barrel Kit. The cost is due prior to the workshop.
