Cape Henry Associates, Acquired by Janus Research Group, Receives Military Times 2022 Best For Vets: Employer List

Cape Henry Associates, acquired by JANUS Research Group in October of 2022, has received the Military Times 2022 Best for Vets: Employer List recognition as part of our ability to recruit, retain, and support current and former service members, military spouses, and military caregivers.

Military Times collaborated with Fors Marsh to update and conduct research methodology and analysis, and provide a streamlined, user-friendly survey experience for participants. The survey was made based on subject matter expert review of the survey and rigorous qualitative research. The survey captures areas of importance to transitioning service members, veterans, and their families when looking for an employer.

Within our company, veterans serve in leadership roles from the top down and house a largely military-affiliated employee base. By honoring military service and recognizing skill sets that are uniquely suited to the work that is done within the defense industry, we are able to accommodate veteran disability needs, promote from within, and create programs that allow veterans to thrive in their chosen civilian careers.
